Its analog output voltages can be read by compatible microcontroller ADC inputs. It can detect the static effect of gravity for tilt sensing, as well as motion, shock and vibration.<\/p>\n<h4>Features<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Measurement range: \u00b13 g.<\/li>\n<li>Three analog outputs: XOUT, YOUT and ZOUT.<\/li>\n<li>Bandwidth is set separately for each axis by capacitors CX, CY and CZ connected to the corresponding output.<\/li>\n<li>The source listing states 0.5\u20131600 Hz for X\/Y and 0.5\u2013550 Hz for Z; achievable bandwidth depends on the module circuit and fitted capacitors.<\/li>\n<li>The source listing specifies a 3\u20136 V module supply. Confirm the board input range and output levels before connecting it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Current specification:<\/strong> the source says \u201c350 A\u201d, which is an apparent unit error. Analog Devices specifies 350 \u00b5A typical for the ADXL335 IC itself, powered at 3 V; this does not establish the complete module current. The IC supply range is 1.8\u20133.6 V, so do not apply the module listing\u2019s 3\u20136 V directly to a bare ADXL335 chip.<\/p>\n<p>Check the module pinout and ensure each analog output stays within the connected controller input limits.
