Your loyalty, rewarded
Your purchases can earn points that you can use to reduce the cost of future orders.
1. Sign in
Use your MicroPlanet account to keep track of your points. In “My account”, open “My loyalty points” to view your balance.
2. Earn points
Purchase points are calculated on the net value of products, excluding delivery and VAT. Your rewards area shows the rate and the value of a point. Purchase points remain pending until the order is completed.
3. Use your points
At checkout, choose how many available points to use. The discount appears before you confirm your order. Pending points cannot be spent.
Validity and history
Points are valid for 30 days. Each new rewarded, completed purchase renews their validity for another 30 days. Check your balance, history and expiry date in “My loyalty points”. A cancellation does not renew validity.
At expiry, points may be protected while an order is still pending or being prepared; protected points cannot be spent. Expired points are no longer available. Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
