MicroPlanet offers you 3 ways to pay for your purchases:

1. Cash on delivery: The customer pays in cash upon delivery.
2. Payment by bank card: this service allows you to pay for your order using a Moroccan or international bank card, and you get a 7% discount when using this method.
3. Bank transfer or deposit: Transfer or cash deposit at any Barid Bank or CIH branch; the details and steps to follow are available on the order page, and will be sent to the customer after placing the order.
4. Payment by PayPal: The most secure and well-known online banking method, MicroPlanet is the first online store to allow customers to pay with PayPal.
5. Payment by cheque: Payment by cheque upon delivery (available for companies and orders over 500dh).

• When you choose to pay with PayPal, the amount will be automatically converted to US Dollars (USD).
• With PayPal, you also have the option to pay with an international Visa card.
• During payment you will be redirected to PayPal; after payment you will be redirected back to MicroPlanet and your order will be validated automatically.

To ensure you have the best experience, MicroPlanet provides 3 delivery systems:

• Ozon Express: A service that ensures the transport and home delivery of parcels and documents anywhere in Morocco within guaranteed express, fast timeframes.
• Shipping company of your choice: The customer chooses the shipping company and payment method that suits them, and pays the shipping fees to the chosen company.
• Delivery by MicroPlanet: by a delivery agent (available in Marrakech only).

Delivery fees depend on the following 3 factors:

• Amount of items ordered.
• The payment method chosen.
• Delivery destination (Marrakech or outside Marrakech).

Delivery methods and rates:

Ozon Express (1 to 3 days):
Free: for orders of 1,000dh or more.
35dh: for orders under 1,000dh.

Shipping company of your choice:
The customer chooses the shipping company and payment method that suits them, and pays the shipping fees to the chosen company.

Marrakech: Home delivery. (Marrakech only)
Free: for orders of 500dh or more.
15dh: for orders under 500dh.

Marrakech: Pickup point delivery. (Marrakech only)
Free: for all orders.

Free delivery will be automatically activated when the conditions mentioned above are met.

 

Delivery policy:

Before your order is shipped, an advisor will contact you to confirm the order.
If you do not respond to our advisor within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Processing time: The order is shipped within less than 24 hours after your order and payment are validated (in the case of payment by bank transfer/deposit), excluding public holidays and weekends.

Average delivery time:

Ozon Express: 1 to 3 days.
Delivery in Marrakech: 24 hours.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer on the order page.
The Customer must check that the contact details provided are accurate to avoid any delivery delays or errors.

Order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link so you can track your order.
Before home delivery, you will be notified by phone by the delivery person.
What happens if I refuse to receive my order?
Unfortunately, we will suspend the “cash on delivery” service for your account.
