• By confirming your order, you accept without reservation all of these terms and conditions of sale.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of sale at any time.

2- Prices:

• Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams, except if you change the payment method to PayPal at checkout, in which case the amount will be automatically converted to US dollars (USD).
• Product prices do not include shipping fees or any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

3- Delivery:

• Before your order is shipped, an advisor will contact you to confirm the order.
• If you do not respond to our advisor within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
• Processing time: Orders are shipped within 24 hours after your order is confirmed and paid (for payment by bank card, PayPal, or bank transfer/deposit), excluding public holidays and weekends.
• Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer on the order page.
• The Customer must verify that the contact details provided are correct to avoid any delivery delay or error.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order.
• If you refuse to accept an order upon delivery, we will suspend the “cash on delivery” service for your account.

4- Payment:

Micro-planet offers several ways to pay for your purchases:

1. Cash on delivery: The customer pays in cash upon delivery.
2. Bank transfer or cash deposit: Transfer or cash deposit at any Barid Bank or CIH branch. Details and steps are available on the order page and will be sent to the customer after the order is placed.
3. PayPal payment: The most secure and best-known online bank. When you choose to pay with PayPal, the amount will be automatically converted to US dollars (USD). You can also pay with an international Visa card. During payment you will be redirected to PayPal; after payment you will be redirected to MicroPlanet and your order will be confirmed automatically.
4. Payment by bank card: This service allows you to pay for your order using a Moroccan or international bank card.

• The following bank cards are accepted: Visa / Mastercard / CMI.
• Payment by bank card is secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service. Your account or bank card information is transmitted via a secure SSL protocol directly to CMI, which handles financial transactions between the customer’s payment account and Arduinoplanet’s bank account. At no time is this banking information stored on our servers.
• The system will display full information about the fee subject to payment, as well as the online payment service fees, then it will direct the customer to CMI’s secure platform to enter and validate the payment details.
• In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the payment method set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer, between Arduinoplanet and its banking institution, shall apply.
• The data recorded by CMI on the multi-channel payment platform on behalf of Arduinoplanet constitutes proof of all commercial transactions made between you and Arduinoplanet.
• Orders paid by bank card may be cancelled in the event of product unavailability or upon a withdrawal request; in this case, a refund will be issued.

5- Warranty:

Micro-planet offers a 7-day warranty after receipt on all available products.

Warranty conditions:

• The warranty does not apply to items that have been used outside their normal intended use, as stated in the datasheet on the product page, e.g.: overload, overvoltage, overheating, exceeding limits, etc.
• The warranty does not apply to any products that have been disassembled or subjected to attempted repair or modification.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Our technician will inspect and determine which claims and products are eligible for repair or refund.
• In the event of a refund, only the product amount will be refunded.
• Valid claims will be processed within 7 days of the claim.
• The product must be returned in a clean condition and with the accessories and original packaging.

6- Right of withdrawal:

• According to Article 36 of Law 31/08: The customer has 7 business days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the day they receive their parcel.
• Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
• The customer will be refunded by credit to the bank account within a maximum of 15 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.

7- Security:

• To prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to your information, we have implemented appropriate technical security measures.
• Personal data is collected on a server secured by firewalls, with encryption using SSL technology.

8- Privacy:

• microplanet.ma undertakes not to disclose the personal data transmitted to it, unless required by law.
• In order to provide a service that meets our customers’ needs, microplanet.ma may collect data relating to the reputation and use of its own services. This data will then be used only on an anonymous basis.
• We may share your contact details with a third party in order to deliver your order. We may also use your data to detect potential abuse or fraud, or to send you information about our products.
• We may use your personal information for surveys and market research. Your data is anonymized and will be used for statistical purposes only.

9- Force majeure:

• Micro-planet is only required to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event prevents it from doing so.
