How to become an affiliate
- Create an ordinary customer account first. Visit My account to register, or sign in if you already have an account. Keep your existing account: your orders and loyalty points stay with you.
- Apply with the same account. Open “Become an affiliate” in My account or use the button below. Provide your platform link (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, a website, etc.) and explain how you plan to promote MicroPlanet. Your Moroccan bank RIB is optional when applying and can be added later in your affiliate settings.
- Wait for approval. MicroPlanet reviews applications. Submitting the form does not automatically activate an affiliate account. After approval, MicroPlanet assigns your promotional coupon and confirms your campaign conditions.
- Share your code and recommendations. Show your audience useful products, tutorials or projects. Clearly disclose that you may receive a commission. A customer can enter your assigned code directly at checkout: an affiliate link is not required for coupon attribution. Your affiliate link remains useful for tracking visits and eligible purchases made through the link.
- Follow your results. Sign in to My account and open “My affiliate account”, or go to the affiliate dashboard. View visits, attributed sales, pending and approved commissions, and payment history.

How commissions and payments work
For example, an eligible product value of MAD 100 after all discounts and excluding VAT and delivery generates a MAD 5 commission. The commission is calculated on the actual eligible amount, not the original basket price.
A recorded commission is not an immediate payment. It depends on the order’s status and validation; cancelled or refunded purchases can reduce or cancel it. Cash-on-delivery orders must be completed before their commission becomes payable. A 14-day waiting period applies before payout eligibility. MicroPlanet reviews commissions and arranges bank transfers manually; the dashboard’s payment history shows recorded payouts. Add a valid RIB in your affiliate settings for bank payment.
What your audience should know
- The 10% code is for the first eligible retail order, not an unlimited discount for repeat orders. Reseller accounts are excluded. Products excluded by the coupon, including sale items where applicable, do not receive the discount.
- Eligible loyalty-point discounts and the CMI 8% payment discount can be combined with the affiliate coupon when their own conditions are met. Check the final order total before confirming.
- Customers do not need to become affiliates to use your code. They can enter it during checkout and create their customer account while ordering.
