Protection board for a single 3.6–3.7 V nominal lithium-ion cell, such as an 18650 cell. The source lists short-circuit, overcharge, over-discharge and overcurrent protection.
Important: this listing describes protection circuitry, but does not specify a complete constant-current/constant-voltage (CC/CV) charging input or charging control. Do not treat the protection board by itself as a battery charger. Use a charger designed for the exact cell chemistry and configuration.
