AD633JN Four-Quadrant Analog Multiplier
The AD633JN is a functionally complete four-quadrant analog multiplier. It has high-impedance differential X and Y inputs and a high-impedance summing input (Z). Its low-impedance output has a nominal 10 V full-scale range provided by an internal buried Zener reference.
The AD633 is available in an 8-lead PDIP package (JN) and an 8-lead SOIC package. The manufacturer specifies supply rails from ±8 V to ±18 V; check the datasheet for complete electrical limits and application conditions.
