BTW69-1200 Power SCR Thyristor, TOP3
The BTW69-1200 is a power silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) thyristor in an insulated TOP3 package.
- RMS on-state current rating: 50 A
- Repetitive peak off-state voltage: 1200 V
- Insulated package: TOP3 Ins
The 50 A rating depends on the datasheet thermal and conduction conditions; it is not a stand-alone guarantee for every installation. Use suitable heatsinking, gate drive, protection and electrical clearances, and follow the manufacturer datasheet for the complete operating limits.
