MC-38 Magnetic Door and Window Contact Switch, Normally Closed
This magnetic contact switch detects the opening of a door, window, drawer or similar opening. Mount one part on the frame and the other on the moving part. With the two pieces close together, the normally closed (NC) contact is closed; when they separate, the contact opens and can trigger an alarm or another connected circuit. The switch does not require an external power supply.
