Description
SN754410 Quadruple Half-H Driver IC
The SN754410 contains four half-H drivers, which can be arranged to control two brushed DC motors. The source also mentions two-coil stepper motors, relays and coils. Inputs are described as compatible with TTL and low-level CMOS.
The listing states up to 1A and a 4.5–36V motor supply. These are source claims; usable current depends on the exact device, duty cycle, heat dissipation and operating conditions. Check the seller-linked datasheet (PDF) before wiring.

Example pin functions for two DC motors
| Pin | Name | Function / note |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1,2 EN | Enable motor 1: LOW/GND disables; HIGH enables. |
| 2 | 1A | Motor 1 control input; HIGH selects one direction. PWM can control speed. |
| 3 | 1Y | Motor 1 output; connect to one motor terminal. |
| 4 | GND | Ground. |
| 5 | GND | Ground. |
| 6 | 2Y | Motor 1 output; connect to the other motor terminal. |
| 7 | 2A | Motor 1 control input; HIGH selects the opposite direction. PWM can control speed. |
| 8 | VCC2 | Motor supply input; source lists up to 36V. |
| 9 | 3,4 EN | Enable motor 2: LOW/GND disables; HIGH enables. |
| 10 | 3A | Motor 2 control input; HIGH selects one direction. PWM can control speed. |
| 11 | 3Y | Motor 2 output; connect to one motor terminal. |
| 12 | GND | Ground. |
| 13 | GND | Ground. |
| 14 | 4Y | Motor 2 output; connect to the other motor terminal. |
| 15 | 4A | Motor 2 control input; HIGH selects the opposite direction. PWM can control speed. |
| 16 | VCC1 | Logic supply; source specifies +5V. |
Use a suitable logic supply and common ground as required by the circuit. Verify pin assignments and operating limits against the datasheet; do not assume the maximum motor-supply voltage is safe for the motor itself.
